If you're looking for a spicy snack these Roasted Jerk Chickpeas are perfect. They're great for a mid-day pick-me-up, munching on during movie night, or any time, really.

Ingredients
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. allspice
  • ¼ tsp. ground cloves
  • ½ tsp. ground nutmeg
  • 1½ tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1½ tsp. ground cumin
  • 1 tsp. muchi curry
  • ¾ tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 Tbsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • 2 15 oz. cans chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400° F.
  2. Mix all dry ingredients together in medium bowl.
  3. In another bowl, coat chickpeas with oil thoroughly.
  4. Add chickpeas to jerk mix and toss to coat thoroughly.
  5. Add to a parchment-lined baking pan and bake for 20 minutes, stirring every five minutes along the way.
