My Mother's Pumpkin Bread

This easy and delicious pumpkin bread recipe has been handed down through my family—with good reason.

Ingredients

  • cup sugar
  • ¼ tsp. baking powder
  • ¾ tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • ½ tsp. cloves
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1 2/3 cups flour
  • ½ cup oil
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 cup pumpkin
  • Equivalent 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. agave

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350° F.
  • Mix ingredients together thoroughly until smooth.
  • Pour into two small loaf pans and heat for 1 hour.
