Overnight Chocolate Banana Chia Pudding

An easy and yummy recipe that makes the perfect snack or a decadent dessert.

Ingredients

  • 1 mashed banana
  • ½ cup chia seeds
  • 2 cups coconut milk
  • 1 Tbsp. cocoa powder
  • 1 Tbsp. agave
  • ½ tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients into large mixing bowl and whisk together.
  • Put in fridge and allow to set for at least eight hours.
  • Spoon into bowls or jars, top with coconut whipped cream (I use this recipe from Oh, Ladycakes), chocolate shavings (or cocoa powder) and enjoy!

This recipe is gluten-free.
