This is a dairy-free version of everybody's favorite Indian drink, the mango lassi. It's delicious, refreshing and vegan!

dairy-free yogurt

I used soy because the thickness works well for this drink

Instructions
Add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
