spaghetti

cups
vegetable broth

plant-based butter
1 1/2
cups
plant-based parmesan cheese
grated

black pepper
Instructions
Break spaghetti in half and place in Instant Pot. Add vegetable broth and butter, making sure to submerge the spaghetti.
Set Instant Pot to high pressure and cook pasta for 9 minutes. Allow steam to release either naturally or by manually opening the valve.
Stir in parmesan cheese and pepper. Plate and serve immediately, topping with more cheese and pepper as desired.
Notes
With the proper pasta this recipe can be gluten-free.
