Ingredients

  • 1 16 oz. package spaghetti
  • 2 1/2 cups vegetable broth
  • 2 Tbsp. plant-based butter
  • 1 1/2 cups plant-based parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 Tbsp. black pepper

Instructions

  • Break spaghetti in half and place in Instant Pot. Add vegetable broth and butter, making sure to submerge the spaghetti.
  • Set Instant Pot to high pressure and cook pasta for 9 minutes. Allow steam to release either naturally or by manually opening the valve.
  • Stir in parmesan cheese and pepper. Plate and serve immediately, topping with more cheese and pepper as desired.

Notes

With the proper pasta this recipe can be gluten-free.
