- 4 cups oat milk or your favorite plant-based milk
- 2 Tbsp. cocoa
- 4 oz. semi-sweet chocolate or 1/2 cup
- 2 Tbsp. coconut sugar or whatever your favorite sugar is
- 1 Tbsp. peppermint extract
Bring milk to a simmer over high heat in a small saucepan.
Reduce heat to low and whisk in cocoa powder until it’s mixed thoroughly.
Add semi-sweet chocolate and whisk until melted.
Add sugar and peppermint extract; stir until sugar is dissolved.
Serve immediately with plant-based whipped topping and crushed candy canes if you'd like.
