Ingredients
2cupsrolled oats
½cupquinoauncooked
¼cupchia seeds
½cupdried cherries
½cupcacao nibs or vegan chocolate chips
¼tsp.salt
½cupmaple syrup
1tsp.agave
1tsp.coconut oil
½cuppitted Medjool datesmashed
Instructions
Preheat oven to 325° F.
Mix oats, quinoa, chia seeds, cherries, cacao nibs and salt together in a large mixing bowl until combined well.
Stir in maple syrup, agave and coconut oil and mix.
Add dates and stir one more time.
Put mixture into a casserole dish (9” x 13” or 8” x 8” work well) and press down to level it out and fill the dish evenly.
