Ingredients
1tsp.salt
1tsp.pepper
1Tbsp.allspice
¼tsp.ground cloves
½tsp.ground nutmeg
1½tspcayenne pepper
1½tsp.ground cumin
1tsp.muchi curry
¾tsp.cinnamon
1Tbsp.garlic powder
1tsp.paprika
2 15oz.cans chickpeasdrained and rinsed
1Tbspvegetable oil
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400° F.
Mix all dry ingredients together in medium bowl.
In another bowl, coat chickpeas with oil thoroughly.
Add chickpeas to jerk mix and toss to coat thoroughly.
Add to a parchment-lined baking pan and bake for 20 minutes, stirring every five minutes along the way.
