This easy vegan hot chocolate is super delicious and totally comforting on a cold winter night.

Ingredients

cups
oat milk

Tbsp.
cocoa powder

oz.
semi-sweet chocolate chips

sugar

tsp.
cinnamon

vanilla extract
Instructions
Bring oat milk to a simmer over high heat in a small saucepan.
Whisk in cocoa powder until it’s mixed thoroughly and return to simmer.
Add chocolate and stir until melted, about 3–5 minutes.
Add sugar, cinnamon and vanilla extract and stir until smooth.
Pour into mugs and top with
